From Junction 12 (from west) M4

Take A4 east sign posted Reading.

In half a mile, just after the Calcot Hotel on your left, turn left at traffic lights towards Tilehurst, up Langley Hill.

Proceed for 1.5 miles.

At the second set of traffic lights turn right into Norcot Road.

At the bottom of the hill take the second exit off the roundabout (straight across) into Portman Road.

Take the first left into Wigmore Road (by Access Storage) then right into Loverock Road and right into Caxton Close.

From Junction 11 (from east) M4

Take the third exit off the roundabout signposted A33 (relief road) Reading.

Head north along the A33 past the Madejski football stadium & traffic lights.

Follow the road past the large roundabout along the dual carriageway.

Keep to the right hand lane at the lights and follow the dual carriageway to the next set of traffic lights where you will join another dual carriageway.

Take the second exit off the dual carriageway then left at the roundabout into Chatham Street.

Follow the road round to the left and turn right at traffic lights (Oxford Road).

Take first right after Reading West Railway Bridge into (Beresford Road).

Follow road to lights and mini roundabout and turn left (Portman Road).

Take third right into Wigmore Road (by Access Storage) and turn right into Loverock Road.

Right again into Caxton Close.
